Today it’s an online classifieds service with local websites in more than 700 metropolitan areas and countrywide coverage in the United States, Canada, Australia, and several European countries. Since its inception, Craigslist has grown to become one of the most popular Internet services in use today.

I started my first company while I was still in high school. Users can now post ads from their desktop computers or mobile devices from anywhere in the world. This will make it easier than ever for users to find what they’re looking for or to sell their own items for cash.
How much does Joe spend on his marketing campaign over Craigslist?
Joe spent $200 a month on his marketing campaign. He would spend the majority of that money on social media ads. He would post 3-5 ads a day on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Joe also created a website with a contact form to respond to all his calls or emails.
With all of these marketing strategies, Joe was able to bring a lot of people into his business. He would typically get about 10-20 calls a day. To get even more customers, Joe created a Google AdWords campaign. This was when he would spend most of his money on advertising (about $1,000/mo).
These ads brought in anywhere between 30-50 customers daily. All these extra customers really helped create revenue for Joe’s company. Overall, with all these marketing strategies combined, Joe earned over $140k per month! That’s quite a good profit for just one year!
