How to login to your CVS Health MyChart account
In order to access your CVS Health MyChart account, you will need to log in with your MyChart username and password. These will be different from any other password you use on the site, so make sure to not confuse it with another password. Once logged in, you’ll be able to access your personal information such as your medical records, prescription history, and pharmacy orders all in one place.
Go to the CVS Health MyChart login page
To log in to your CVS Health MyChart account, enter a valid email address and password. If you’re not registered with the site yet, click Create an Account and follow the instructions. Next, fill out the form with your first name, last name, phone number, and zip code. You’ll also need a username for security purposes (make it something unique). Once you’re done entering all of this information, click Next then enter the CAPTCHA code shown onscreen. Click Create my Account if you’ve set up an account in the past or Sign In if this is your first time logging in.
Enter your username and password
Enter the username and password you created when you registered for MyChart. If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot my password link on the sign-in page. After entering your username and password, click sign in. If you are not yet registered for MyChart, click on register now instead of sign in and follow the instructions.
